Here is how we handle problems with your order.
Arrived broken or not working?
If your display arrives damaged, doesn't turn on, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo or short video of the problem. We will send you a replacement at no cost. You don't need to send the broken one back.
Lost package
If tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or it says delivered but nothing arrived, contact us and we will sort it out.
Change of mind
We don't accept returns or give refunds for change of mind, wrong size picked, or no longer wanting the item. Please check the sizes before you order: Standard is 23.4 × 4.7 in, XL is 35.4 × 7.6 in.
